That is where I started to look outside the box when it come to the beauty business, I wasn't happy with the advice I was getting inside the normal "beauty industry experts"

I looked at what was working in other industries, what felt good to me and what aligned with my personal goals.

+ Do I get 1:1 coaching?
All coaching is done in a group coaching setting, if you have paid for the program upfront then you have a bonus of 1x deep dive session which is a private 1:1 call with Jessica via zoom. Once you become a member of the Beauty CEO Method you have access to a discount code to purchase a 1-hour coaching session. These are great for discussing more detailed business structure, mindset blocks or staffing. 

+I haven't started a business yet is this a good fit for me?
Yes, if you are planning on starting your own business at any stage this program will show you have to start it off without the overwhelm and roadblocks many people face when first going out on their own. 

+I have a home-based salon is this for me?
Yes, this is a framework that will help you to set up your home salon for profit and create systems to help with business overwhelm. Having the monthly coaching calls to discuss anything that comes up for you is worth the whole program price to ensure you have support along the way.  Jessica has worked with many home salons in the past and helped the business owner to turn their business around, making more profit and simplifying their business. 

+ I have a small salon business will I get anything out of this?
Yes, I believe so. It really comes down to what you want out of it and if you're willing to put the work in to build your business. Jessica has experience in renting space, working from home and running a full-service beauty business.

We have a “No Refund” policy. No refunds will be granted at any time, or for any reason except as required by Australian Consumer Law. +What if I don't finish the course?
Full responsibility is on you to get out what you need from the coaching and framework. Growing a business takes time and consistent effort of trial and tweak. the team at Beauty CEO HQ are committed to supporting all participants enrolled in the program as outlined in the format of the program.

+How is the program delivered to me?
All content is delivered via recorded video's and workbooks, the coaching calls will be held on Zoom and have a time limit of up to 90 minutes.

+What time zone is the calls in?
All calls will be held in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), times will be announced to ensure the time zones of students are taken into account. Coaching calls will be held on the first Monday of every month unless there is a public holiday or annual leave booked. In that case, the coaching calls will be rescheduled and you will be given notice via email.

+ When does the course begin?
The course first intake is December 6th, 2021, when someone joins after this date you will have access to all framework and past recordings.
